Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure. Schools and administrators should assign roles accurately so each user receives the correct permissions.

Acceptable use

Users should not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, upload harmful content, or use school communication tools outside appropriate educational purposes.

Content and records

Schools and authorized users remain responsible for the accuracy of assignments, grades, attendance, announcements, messages, and other records entered into the system.

Service changes

Features may evolve as the MVP is developed and refined. Some advanced capabilities, including AI, payment gateways, native apps, and complex integrations, may require separate scope approval.
